If you are holding an event in cawang, maybe this is the best choice. 2 times here and always good. The location of the hotel is very good, check in and check out is easy, the staff is well trained, friendly and very helpful especially Mr Nabil, the bathroom is clean and complete, the food is varied and tasted good, parkir is available, the room rate is also reasonable

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I booked myself a suite room. The suite was very good, dining table, coffee machine, living room and all things that the suite must have, they have it all.. good work. Wifi is working well, the breakfast food is good and the room service is good too All the staff were polite, except there is one case during my 3rd day, I went to other building and passing the hotel kitchen, I saw it myself that one of the chef scolded and yelled at one of the staff. I didn't know and did not want to know why he done that, however, imho yelling and scolding at the staff should be prohibited, especially in the hotel and tourism business, and the most important, he done that in front of the guest (me). I understand that sometime there is some case of gross incompetencies, but we must solved that issue with cool head, not with the ill-tempered. Anyway, I still think the hotel deserve to get a 5 star review from me. Good job

I choose the non smoking room and it is really no trace of cigarette. The bath room was clean. The room clean and comfy. The aircon was ok. The receiption staff was friendly and informative. Harper location is next to LRT station. It was a perfect stay. Very worth for the price. Thank you Harper and keep up the good work and performance.
